Polish American Cultural Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promote Polish culture, traditions, and history in the greater Cleveland area.
The Center was named in honor of John Paul II.
The Center was formed in 1998 by the members of Polonia, a Polish sports
club, under the spiritual guidance of Rev. Jerzy Kusy. The Center started with a concept of providing the recreational facilities for young people but, rapidly expanded its horizon to include the promotion of Polish culture, traditions, customs, language, religion, morals, literature, arts, music, theater, dance as well as recreation.
Polish American Cultural Center intends to remain a non-political organization dedicated to provide the opportunity for all Poles and Americans of Polish descent in the
greater Cleveland area to be in touch with their Polishness. The organization will champion Polish events and promote the
proliferation of Polish culture and traditions among all Polonians irrespective of their present membership in other organizations. The Center intends to draw on the expertise of all its members in order to provide an exceptional level of activities that will attract the top-level talents of Poles in Cleveland as well as outside Cleveland and the United States.
The Web Site includes a number of sites dealing with our organization as well as with the items of interest about Polish issues. We encourage our viewers to utilize these
sites to provide them with the specifics about our organization.
We hope you will find the Center interesting and worthwhile organization to join and to contribute your talents to. It is our intention to make the Center an organization
that all Polonians will be proud of.
